Eligibility criteria
The eligibility criteria are different and vary. It depends on the scholarship you are applying. Each scholarship has its own requirements.

Mature students
The University of Toronto considers applicants based on their academic training, regardless of their age. If you do not meet the admission requirements published for your objective academic program, and if you have not previously tried studies at the university level, you can be eligible for admission to some academic programs through an academic bridge program or the year program of the year of transition.

Academic bridge programs

Application deadline dates
The university application process begins in the fall of the year before having the intention of starting their studies. Be sure to start looking for scholarships, since some have early deadlines. Follow all instructions below to apply.

Below is a list of our published applications and deadlines for support documents. We recommend that you send your application and the appropriate application rate and send your backup documents long before the published deadlines, since the spaces can be filled quickly. Admission decisions are published between mid -December and late May. The spaces are filled rapidly and the programs can close before the application deadlines listed below.

If we receive your OUAC application after the program is closed, your application will be canceled without reimbursement.
